The mission of Visually Impaired Preschool Services, Inc. (VIPS) is to help infants and toddlers with vision loss achieve the developmental milestones all babies must reach so they can walk, talk and succeed.
VIPS has been serving children who are blind and visually impaired for 25 years in KY. There are two offices- Louisville and Lexington. Our teachers travel most of the state to provide therapy and education to the children in their homes. The Louisville office opened a preschool two years ago and Lexington has the same dream.
